Sheep & lamb products are a mainstay on a significant number of UK farms, from the meat that they produce to the wool that is sheared, a hardy and adaptable livestock option.

A range of dairy products can be found in the majority of household refrigerators, milk, cheese & yogurt provides a great source of calcium and for those who love a steak, beef is a staple foodstuff in the kitchen.

Fish provide a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins such as D & B2. Filled with a wide variety of minerals, fish are a perfect compliment to the other livestock options to the Tribe.
